CONCESSION STAND SUPERVISOR

Dream Fields is seeking a concession stand supervisor for the 2024 spring season (April through June). The hours for the position will vary depending on game schedules. The concession stand is typically open 3-4 days a week (mostly weekday evenings and a few Saturdays and Sundays during the day). The supervisor will work with the volunteer concession stand managers to develop the hours of operation and volunteer staffing. Hourly salary (negotiable), dependent on number of shifts you can work and availability to take on additional duties.

Duties to include the following:

• Inventory of supplies
• Picking up orders locally, meeting delivery drivers and putting away food/supplies
• Open the stand for the evening shift - arrive 30 minutes prior to volunteers to start fryers, warmers and grills, prep food, start register
• Oversee volunteers during the shift, manage the workflow of food preparation
• Ensure stand is clean at the end of each shift
• Reconcile register at the end of each shift
• Other duties as assigned
